Get ready for some city driving. Luckily this place isn't too hard to find and parking is down the street right behind the site. Free as well! An older, but easy to follow map is available here. The stamp is at the counter right after you walk in. If you're interested in President Taft, a fantastic reconstructed home of his in New Haven, CT is worth a look. It is right up the hill from the Sterling Chemistry Lab which is adjacent to the Kline Science Library. I used to walk by it daily when I was a graduate student at Yale.
