This site is just outside of Columbia, SC and the stamp is available at the Visitor Center. Originally, this stamp was found at the Ranger Station (200 Caroline Sims Rd.), but there is now the newly built Harry Hampton VC which would presumably house the stamp. I will be visiting on May 7th, 2004 and will be able to confirm then. This National Monument was updated to a National Park in November of 2003.
